If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance.

3. Pack up your product and send it back. You will have to pay the return shipping

4. Get your money back. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the money to your credit card.

Super disappointed in my purchase - the two units and a bottle of soap were thrown into a bag. Somewhere in transit the soap got squished and the bottles cracked and arrived sticky and empty. The units are completely funky and gross. These were a gift for someone. Awesome.

I work for a small company that scoops dog poop- when i saw your small business, i immediately thought it was an amazing idea and it would help me keep cleanly. Upon using the travel suds2go i found that it was difficult to wash my hands by myself- and i found the big bottle option too bulky for my liking. I also felt the big bottle would be hard to operate alone. I sealed my suds2go to a squirt bottle using hotglue, this allows me to clean my hands at work with ease :) i am over all happy with this product- and i like that this is a small company, the soap smells good.

The Suds2Go are really a great idea. We take one with us when we travel, plus I have one out in my shop area (garage) to use rather than having to go back into the house to clean my hands.
