3. Pack up your product and send it back. You will have to pay the return shipping

4. Get your money back. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the money to your credit card.

I had some difficulty keeping the product twisted on the water bottle. But once i got the hang of it, i still had some difficulty. LOL. I still love the product because i love the ease of having something i can put in my pocket. The soap has a pleasant not overdone smell and its better than any sanitizer. We were under a boil water order due to bacteria in the city water. I placed these at the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink and was thrilled that I could wash my hands with this wonderful smelling soap and rinse with clean bottled water so conveniently.
